no way you're folding 99 in an unraised pot from CO. I'm playing this with even moderate raises.

I'd play it the same. It's way too early to get cute with a pair of 9's after that flop.

before the flop both limping and raising is ok.u have to fold to the flop bet.

basically you limp any pp up to TT and prolly JJ in EP for setvalue in those very early blindlevels.
