ePassporte Withdrawal Failure

I can't withdraw to my bank account this morning. Before mass paranoia breaks out let me say that I'm guessing this is a problem with ePass and not my bank. Its a small town bank and probably will be the last one in the world to be up to date on the regs when they come out, so I'm not thinking they're blocking anything. This has happened a couple times before, but just to put my mind at ease is anyone else having similar problems?
