Default ($27) S/F Draw vs PattdownManiac

How is my line here?
Villain berated me for "calling 2/3 pot on a draw"

reads:
Villain is PattdownManiac, an average 2p2 $27 regular, and i expect him to be playing very straightforward at level 3.
So his turn bet represents extreme strength but this, along with the fact that this guy has zero respect for anyone, makes the implied odds here pretty high.

Yeah your call wasn't bad. I probably shouldn't have led the river.

Basically I am one of the worst players in the 27's . At least I cannot be bluffed. Ever.

In all seriousness I dont like the turn call because you would think a good player would be able to get away from his hand if a heart came on the river.

If he will shut down every time on the river then it's a slightly bad call, but we're getting correct odds if he's putting anymore money in on the river.
