Troy Dever of Louisville KY scammed me out of $200

It's an old story ... In December 2004 DeverTroy borrowed $100 from me on PS and paid me back $110, even though I told him I wasn't interested in the vig. He then followed up in early January 2005 borrowing $200 and I told him to donate the vig to the Tsunami fund.

Well he stiffed me. I contacted PS and they did nothing but express sympathy.

I was so disgusted I stopped playing for 2 years.

Now I get back online and this Troy Dever clown is running a Louisville Online Poker League on Stars, seemingly using a new online handle ... KyTroyD403



I write to PS again pointing out this guy's multiple accounts and still ... nothing

I railed one of his weekly tournaments but could not get a soul to believe me. I find it incredible that this clown
would sell his soul for a measly $200.

I have e-mails from Dever confirming all the transactions besides the transfer log from PS.

My handle on PS is SATransplant. On FT, BoughtMyPoints but I generally play freerolls there.
