Villain is an all right LAG around 30/20/3.5, has a fairly wide calling range when 3bet preflop. Views hero as meganit that won't make any moves, and will fold to a raise without the nuts.

I saw this minraise as a weak attempt to pull me off KK here with maybe a weak ace, any pocket pair, or complete air like T9s, and felt the only thing that can call this is AK/set. Am I spewing or what?

if you're 100% sure he's folding AQ and less, maybe this is ok, otherwise major spew.
and if he thinks you're a major nit, is he still going to have a wide 3-bet calling range against you?

Should he think you 3bet with 77/44/A7/A4.
I would take a spot, where you have a draw or sth. If i would have pushed here, i would consider this as a bad hand. Like a hand of mine which i played yesterday and posted here.

If I'm getting looked up so lightly then why wouldn't I play AQ+ like this? TT+ isn't going to pay off future streets unless they improve, and I may get called by a weaker ace.
