Probability of Three-Hour Draught?
Playing $3-6 Texas HoldEm, I went over three hours without winning a single hand, losing over $200. What are the odds of that?

Re: Probability of Three-Hour Draught?
Is this live? Get some slow dealers or go have a few breaks and that's liek 75 hands. In a twelve hour session I'd say fifty-fifty. Maybe one in three. Just a guess. Happened to me the last time I played 3-6 live, in fact.

Check back after three weeks. A short term run of bad cards is something that happens A LOT.

You weren't being aggressive enough. But then again in limit you can't push out someone.

Bluffing works better when you're getting at least some good hands. Maybe I should set a loss limit at my buy-in amount to avoid the frustration. (Live game btw.) |
