edit: you may want to lead the river since villain's check suggests your ak might be good, but he's not calling unless he has you beat so checking to induce a bluff seems fine

nh. Check/raising the flop is bad because we're almost certainly no better than tied with his range. Checking behind the turn means he probably doesn't have an overpair. Calling the river is fine since MP's fold made it HU.
