Default two pair vs turned flush?

Reads: I'm trying to play hands with this guy heads up. So far he has played > 50% of hands.

Input on what you do here. Is 1/2ish flop bet too little? Oh yeah? Too little you say? Why?

Do you check behind this turn often because this donk might give you a cheap showdown with a made flush?

I'd fold PF, bet more on the flop and bet the turn.
