[NL100] I can\'t fold this set can I ?
On the river, I know there's a 4 straight but there's no way I can give him credit for that is there ?
I figured his range for the push could include 2 pair, an under set and maybe even busted flush draws and I felt compelled to call. Villain is loose passive. 45/5/0.4 My image is standard TAG. how many hands are those stats over?
i'd probably fold this if your sample is reasonable. |

Re: [NL100] I can\'t fold this set can I ?
Stats are over about 1000 hands.
Thing is, he's soooo passive it seemed highly likely he had a 4. I just couldn't see how. Afterwards I figured a hand like 4h6h would've been possible but it turned out even that was giving him too much credit. Obviously I lost but was I suprised when he turned over 4c7c. My real question is, given he's so passive, is a fold reasonable or are there enough hands that I'm beating, that would play like this, that make the call +EV ? |
