Stars $20 9PP SNG...JJ first hand...line okay or too weak
first hand of the SNG and I find JJ in late MP...after the UTG limp and 4X raise I deceided to flat call with position and play poker after the flop...It was so early I didnt want to commit to a big reraise only to face an allin in with just JJ...sound thinking? If the flop had been low I would have taken the lead if possible but with the A and 4 players I wanted to pick a better spot...

No problem with the call PF. Easy fold to the A. Well played.

Re: Stars $20 9PP SNG...JJ first hand...line okay or too weak
thanks for the positive comments all...i guess it's pretty standard but not too long ago I was playing this to aggressive and losing too often for no real advantage...getting confidence in playing after stages of STTs and MTTs allows me to choose better lines like this one...the best footnote of all is that I ended up winning the round!!
