Auto Train VA --> FLA ?

So the family and I are taking the auto train from VA-->FLA next week. It is already booked so I am not looking for alternatives.

Just looking to see if anyone has any suggestions from having had been on it before?

Stuff to bring?

Possible for a vegas style 'room' upgrade?
