I need help...weird river spot

SB is tight solid player. other villan is unknown.

I dont know what to do on the river. to be honest im kinda worried about SB checking two pair on the river, im not sure if he would bet two pair or check call it. so how would you rank my options. comments on other streets def. appreciated as well, i didnt like the way i played this.
