Default NL2 AA

Cryptologic - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

<font color="black">Hero (SB): $293.65</font>
BB: $212.00
UTG: $200.00
MP: $263.35
CO: $280.85
BTN: $359.22

<font color="black">Reads: </font><font color="blue">16/13/4 in like 80 hands. Villain is the same that in the QQ hand I just posted before, this hand occurs one orbit later and is the second time I 3bet him.</font>

<font color="black">Preflop:</font> Hero is dealt (6 Players)
3 folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $8.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $24.00</font>, BB folds, BTN calls $16.00

<font color="black">Flop:</font> ($50) (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $40.00</font>, <font color="red">BTN raises all-in to $335.22</font>, Hero calls all-in for $229.65

I put him in a draw, probably a good one, but not a made hand. I think a TT/99/KK hand is betting less to extract. Oppinions?

Shoving monsters on coordinated boards is quite profitable. I doubt you beat many hands he shoves and if so most likely you wont be too far ahaed. Thus w/o more history with villain this is a fold.

I like to raise it a bit more pf to cut down on his implied odds given that you're 150bb deep. Other than that I think this is standard, I expect him to have AK or a draw more often than a set/two pair.

There we go:

Board: Ks Th 9h
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 42.323% 42.32% 00.00% 419 0.00 { AcAd }
Hand 1: 57.677% 57.68% 00.00% 571 0.00 { KhQh }

And including some other hands as well:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 23.218% 19.78% 03.44% 2741 477.00 { AcAd }
Hand 1: 76.782% 73.34% 03.44% 10165 477.00 { KK+, TT-99, AhKh, KhQh, KhJh, 8h7h }

Our equity goes up quite a bit if we include all AK hands, not just AK [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

Board: Ks Th 9h
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 40.338% 37.60% 02.74% 7072 515.50 { AcAd }
Hand 1: 59.662% 56.92% 02.74% 10707 515.50 { KK+, TT-99, AKs, KhQh, KhJh, 8h7h, AKo }

Close, but we're getting a little better than 1.5 to 1, so I still think I'm leaning call here.

And why would any sane villain shove AK here? Hoping we call with QQ or hoping we fold AA?
I'd rather include some air into his range to boost our equity than AK.
