I prefer calling the c/r but 3-betting is ok, if you decide to 3-bet make it somewhat bigger

Ugh, you have a monster here. You only lose to AK (unlikely given preflop), A2, and 22 and if you are ahead villain is drawing nearly dead.

I'd call his raise and check-raise the turn. At that point, he'll feel "committed" with any ace or flush draw. And you don't need to worry about free cards (other than the fact that hitting a [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] might kill your action). He'll probably bet any ace on the turn because if you call the raise he'll want to "protect" vs. the flush draw.

3betting the flop destroys the pair value of your hand, i'd much prefer a bet/3bet here with something like JsTs. i think a better plan would have been to just call the c/r and reevaluate on the turn.
