i think so, although i'd imagine you'll be beat quite a lot of the time. you've put in a fifth of your stack pre-flop, so you're somewhere near the point where they're making a mistake in calling you even if you stack off on every (non-ace) flop (haven't done the maths though.) given the previous pre-flop action, i think you could have raised more and made sure of this.

I shoved thinking "If I don't shove, 2+2 will call me an idiot". Then right after I shoved I said "You idiot. Nobody does this with J high".

AKh, AQh, KQh, AJ(?), 22, 44, JJ, QQ, AA

You're 46% vs that range, and throw in some other random crap like 67h, 88 or even AQo, you're even better.

I'd prolly raise a little more pre-flop: $6.

Shove flop.

Sooooper standard. He's probably not too decent if he cold called twice like that preflop.

looking at your stack size a shove isnt really possible, only a call...
you get 4,6:1
I guess no further elaboration is required there. cry if he holds JJ/AA, cheer most of the time.

besides that: reraise more preflop, bet more on flop vs FD, instareload before calling. move on.
