STARS 5-10 Very Deep Stacked against Redargoe

sup everyone.. read this board from time to time and signed up today just to post this hand.. been bothering me for the whole day and it happened last night! Unfourtunately I don't have HH, but I'll tell you how it went down. How do you play this differently?

I am multi tabling 8 tables and red is sitting at most, so we've obviously been clashing a lot.. So far he has stacked me once and I have stacked him 3 times (was ahead all three times when the money was put in).

We both have $4,000 at the table and everyone else has $500-$1000.

Folds to Red who is on the Button and he makes a standard raise to 40$. I'm in the BB with KK and i make it 150$ (Looking back on the hand I have to raise to atleast $200 considering how deep we are and his position). He flat calls.
FLOP is (8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]) .. I check and he checks behind me.
Turn is 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] .. I make it $185 and he raises me to $600.. i think for a good 20 secs and the flat call..
River is A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] .. I check and then he fires $1100..
What do you do? Thanks boys and girls.

I might go 3 bets on the turn depending on the dynamic. As played this is kind of close but I probably fold.

I responded to like this exact hand in another thread, and I'l say the same thing here- consider not 3-betting preflop OOP in HU pots when super deep stacked vs. a tough player.

Is there any deeper reasoning to checking the flop here? We are really deep with one pair but there's a great chance he's got a hand like 99-QQ that we can start getting value out of.

Given how you played it and from what I know of playing with Redargoe at $1/2-$3/6 he has you with a boat here.

Bet the flop? that way you will know where your at without letting a free card peel.

He's never doing this with a draw on the turn.
