Free book from 2+2, which to choose.
First off, I would like to say how glad I am that I finally signed up on 2+2. Great to be here
I decided right away to jump on the bonus offer over at pokerroom.com I would like some input on which books to get first. I've played poker for roughly three years. During this period I've put in quite a few hours to play poker. Mostly small stakes MTTs ($5-$20). Besides discussing hands and plays with friends I havent put much time into educating myself about the game. Needless to say, I'm not looking for introductorial stuff but rather good reads for the average player. Im not looking for reviews here, ill get to them later. Just some input on which books i should look at first. /LB |

Sounds good. I just might settle for HoH 1 & 2 this time. Ive had the chance to skim some of Harringtons stuff and it looked really good.
Hopefully there will be more bonus offers available soon so I wont have to make threads like this one |

btw why is there a 2 from column a and 3 from column b rule? [/ QUOTE ] Books from column A are much more popular. They cost more and are much more elaborate on the topics they cover. Five books sounds pretty good tho, doesnt it? |

Re: Free book from 2+2, which to choose.
TOP I think is the "best", in that it is foundational on which all other poker understanding rests.
HoH books are probably the easiest poker books in the world to read and their content is good. |

Re: Free book from 2+2, which to choose.
HOH vol 1 and vol 2 are in fact so closely related, that they really can't be seperated. You want both. (Vol 3 on the other hand is not needed)
