And the flop reraise is to big? I was trying to make PA hud work and just pot, and it was a bit bigger then expected

he's not raising the turn, he's just donking into you again. Flop raise is ok, I usually make it 11 here whatever I'm holding.

I hate these spots on the turn - is he stubbonly blocking you again, or does he have a monster? I can never decide so I often end up calling which is pretty terrible. Against this player (unagressive) I would fold.

I would not make my decision based on his AF over only 75 hands. I think AF needs a lot of hands before you can rely on it. I would go with what I have seen of this player in those 75 hands.
Because of potcontrol I would not reraise him again on the turn. Take your chances that one of his diamond or straight outs does not come on the river. Your hand is in my opinion to weak to reraise again.
I would doubt the J made his straight, cause it would be a gutshot. Call and hope for an good river
