Default 10NL - JJ with scary river

No solid reads on villan since I just sat down at the table but he's 45/2 over 46 hands.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop

<font color="#C00000">SB ($12.80)</font>
BB ($14.30)
UTG ($9.65)
MP ($7.65)
<font color="#C00000">Hero ($12.70)</font>
Button ($4.70)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.4</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB calls $0.35, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: ($0.90) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.9</font>, SB calls $0.90.

Turn: ($2.70) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $2</font>, SB calls $2.

River: ($6.70) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $1.5</font>, Hero ???

I figured that this is either a call or a raise I'm not really sure though. Also do you ever fold this?

I would NEVER fold this, for this small a bet. Can't see a raise either, as you're not getting called basically by anything you beat, except a two-pair hand. But on a board this dangerously I'd just call.

I bet more on the flop, like 2.3-2.4. River is a call getting ~4:1

call.

ps shox, dont you mean 2.3-2.4 on turn, on flop that seems to be a pretty big overbet

I would raise and fold to a 3bet. I feel like you're missing value from AQ and 2 pair hands if you just call. I feel that it's fairly unlikely he has a 9 here. What hand with a 9 does he play the way he played that?

I prolly make it like 7 or 8 and fold to a 3bet.

Edit: Looking at stack sizes real quick it doesn't look like a raise and then a fold is viable. Maybe just shove river.

Double Edit: AK of clubs is really the only hand I'm actually a little worried about here. IMO it's a pretty poorly played AK of clubs btw.

42/2 is exactly the same as ##/##, its just that I don't know where to find the total agression in PT.

Thanks for the replies. I know I probably should have bet more on the turn but I sometimes (a minority of the time) bet smaller than I should because I want the villan to put more money in the pot. I know its stupid but sometimes I just slip up.

Lego I see where you're coming from but I don't think AQ/KQ are going to call a shove here, 2 pair probably will though. Also since this is 10NL I wouldn't be surprised with Ac9c/Kc9c/Qc9c/Jc9c, maybe even unsuited, along with T9 and 89.

BTW, I called this bet and villan showed Q7o

it means hes seen 42% of flops and only raised 2% of his starting hands preflop. The 3rd # is his agression factor, which the OP did not list, though judging by those stats Id say it was like .26 or something
