Villain was 45/7/0,5 over a small sample (less than 100 hands). Looks like a strangely played 7 or air right? He doesn't c/r with a worse q and I don't see any reason for him to peel the flop oop with any q.

with 7 he would lead out river or something, unless his completly retarded, which is possible... maybe its set of 4s? mostly turn or river raises are close to the nuts and mostly youre beat... i dunno i like calling here though youre not looking very strong eiter...
