Default New accounts for US players if legislation goes our way?

If legislation goes our way and many of the old sites return to the US market, do you think a US player will be able to open up a new account through a site that he had an old account on prior to when they left?

Who knows. The truth is legalization is probably years away. Political change is a long process most of the time. It's nice that a few congressman are finally taking our side in public but there is a long way to go.

If Stars, FTP, AP, and UB are "forgiven" and get a clean bill of health they will have a huge advantage in the new era. Party and the rest will have to play very nice with U.S. customers if they want to catch up. You'll probably get most of the things you want one way or another.
