we beat AK/99. i don't see how we can call this

edit: i agree this is a good flop, but how does the 4bet open his range? it's best to assume that this 4bet is KK+ (maybe QQ)

4 handed opens up his range a little bit, but in normal circumstances the only thing you are beating is AQ or AK. Besides hitting a set, this is the best flop you could hope for. That's what makes the decision so difficult. Given all of that I still probably fold. You don't have a whole lot behind so calling is not really an option, its either fold or push. Stats would really help in this situation, but against an unknown I lay this down.

Fold. The only reason you called the flop 4bet was to setmine (which was a bad idea).

1. You can't call the 4b preflop and fold that flop.
2. Continuing on the flop is probably -EV at NL100.
3. Therefore, fold to his 4b preflop.

Fold PF.

If he does have AK you're not getting odds to setmine or play on (esp. if you are going to fold on this flop, which I think you have to). If he doesn't have AK, he probably has QQ+.

If he has air, chalk it up to him making a good squeeze play. Though it is unlikely, given that you said you have no reads on him - he prob doesn't have reads on you, so he prob didn't 4bet with air.

Might also be helpful to include your 3betting frequency.

PF doesnt look very great. Though we ARE 4 handed, 3-betting is fine.

I wouldnt typically call the 4-bet PF. and if I do, I would probably not fold this flop. Set mining for 25% of your stack seems pretty meh.
