Default Stars $20+1+1: JJ in SB after UTG raise

Spots like this frustrate me. No reads. What's standard here? Smooth call and decide after flop? Push all-in (am I getting called by anything I beat other than AK and maybe TT?) Re-raise and call? Re-raise and fold?

A shove is more likely to get called by 77-TT than a raise to 1800.

I shove without reads that the guy is TAG and is only opening with premium hands UTG
