iso from the SB - general question

A weak passive player open limps from middle position, folded to you in the SB, BB is average or unknown. What are your raising standards from here?

I find myself raising A7o and up, 77 and up, and KTo and up.

Do you tend to tighten up more in these scenarios when playing in a 1/2 blind structure as opposed to a 2/3?
