Default Got myself lost on a blind steal

Stars 2.5+.25 tourney last night, this was the one hand in the tournament that I'm still confused on so I'd like to get some advice. Hero had been involved in very few hands in the last 30 minutes, I think I showed down one strong hand, and raised two more times in EP only to have it folded around. Villain here is a loose, semi-aggressive player who's been involved in a lot of pots. He's built up a big chip stack by picking up good hands against people moving all in, and making moves in smaller ones vs weak players. The players between him and I were all pretty tight.

First question: Given that BB is probably going to defend (which for some reason this read didn't register with me at the time of the hand), do you raise here as well? I would raise Q10o in a limit 6-max game in this same situation, but this is a little bit different.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (9 handed) internettexasholdem.com

Hero (t5840)
CO (t3119)
Button (t6955)
SB (t5240)
BB (t11759)
UTG (t2270)
UTG+1 (t1735)
MP1 (t3160)
MP2 (t5145)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
4 folds, Hero raises to t600, 3 folds, BB calls t450.

Flop: (t1275) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t500, BB calls t500.

Question 2: Continuation bet or no on this board?

Turn: (t2275) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets t1050, Hero????

Finally, getting 3:1 with both of your flush draw, along with both overcards likely being good, what's hero's move?

Thanks in advance

I don't think there is any reason to steal here. You have plenty of chips and without antes blind stealing is less profitable. I don't like a cbet on that flop either.

I raise here almost automatically but this is probably a leak. No need to steal against a chip leader who is likely to outplay you after the flop.
