Default $16 - AK early, flops FD, standard?

I have no idea how the PFR lost his money.

No one RR PF? We have position and would like to fold out the early limpers, no?

A rerasie is going to be pretty awkward. If you reraise to 350 or so a c-bet is going to be really expensive. Plus you risk the initial raiser might push and you might be pot committed so that would really stink.

I think calling in position is best. Hope one of the limpers fold so you see the flop with 2-3 opponents.

I agree with John ... usually when I reraise AK, its a shove to see all 5 cards if called / pick up dead money from higher blinds ... Im not looking to bloat pots without made hands early in the tournament, b/c the edge I have is in the later game
