House is meh. Very cookie cutter standard type home. If DN never had the need to regularly donk off at the big game + golf bets he could never win, he would be owning that house along with a pool table a long time ago.

I never understood the whole pool table thing. I think DN is great, respect his game and him, but it's a big thing for him to own a pool table? A pool table is what, 1k-5k? What's the big deal?

He never had room in the other house that was big enough to have one and he says when he was a kid he never had the luxury of having one, what's not to get? I think the house is meh, but I think he said it was the best house for location purposes which I really don't understand because during his video blog there is like a freeway behind his house.
