Stars STT with a pro..is it worth it?

I was wondering if the Tournament with a pro is worth the points versus say a ticket to the Sunday Millions. Are the tournaments with a pro usually filled with random donks who want to play a pro or really solid regulars? Which pro is the best/worst?

you might want to ask this in the STT forum, I've never played one of those, but I think a few from the STT forum may have.
