Default $20 + $2 STT: Preflop decision from BB - possible pot steal

Based on the chip positions of the final 4 players, and the prize payouts, the sequence of actions preflop, as well as the subsequent order of decisions to call an all in raise:
-Is this a candidate for a situation when HERO should push all in just to steal the blinds? Is this a possible situation for that, or is it a donk move?

There is no reason to shove here, you're hand isn't good if they call and you aren't deep enough to need to shove. Just check and see the flop.
