I'm not just talking about my intestines and bowels. I'm talking about cleansing my blood, muscle tissue, etc. Possible?

I highly doubt any of these methods of "detox" (whatever that means) actually do anything.

Isn't most of it pretty similar to either drinking a bunch of water or taking a bunch of laxatives and then taking a steamy shower for about a half hour.
