CO is VPIP~45 and taking random stabs at pots.
I checked the flop because I was expecting him to here too which he did.
Did not really know how to proceed after he bet. I led the turn because I figured he would pay me off with A3-A8,KQ,QJ,QT or an FD.
Should I have c/r the flop then preferably?

Best way to get paid off = lead flop

Based on your read I like your flop play. Readless I lead out. I might check the turn if he's shown to double barrel.

As played after check/calling the flop you can check the turn again with your read, as thats about as good a turn card you could have got.

I would have raised the flop bet between t480 to t600 and then shoved the turn. This villian will nearly alsways call the check-raise.
