$16 Stars: KK line check
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t50 (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
Hero (t1385) BB (t1135) UTG (t1985) UTG+1 (t2146) MP1 (t2739) MP2 (t1365) CO (t1452) Button (t1293) Preflop: Hero is SB with K, K. 2 folds</font>, MP1 calls t50, 1 fold</font>, CO calls t50, Button calls t50, Hero raises to t200</font>, 1 fold</font>, MP1 calls t150, CO calls t150, Button calls t150. Flop: (t850) 2, A, Q (4 players)</font> Hero checks, MP1 checks, CO bets t350</font>, Button folds, Hero folds, MP1 folds. Final Pot: t1200 No particular reads on any of them. With so many limping should I have bumped it up a lil bit more... 250 or so? I considered a c-bet but figured that would be terrible here. Nothing else we can do but fold to this flop right? |

Re: $16 Stars: KK line check
I raise more preflop, so ~300. As played I fold to the Ace high flop.

Re: $16 Stars: KK line check
Pot was 175 before you raised, so you're not really folding out anyone who's already limped. Raise to around 300 sounds good. As played, the guy is betting into 4 people with one to act behind, so yea I'd fold. I probably don't cbet either. Maybe if I had raised more, but definitely not in this situation.

Re: $16 Stars: KK line check
i think you should raise even more than 300. i would be raising to 300 if i was on the button with the same amount of limpers, so the fact that i'm gonna be oop for the rest of the hand makes me automatically bump it up even more, probably 350-375, so that everyone knows you're serious.
as played looks fine on the flop, you're definitely not winning in a 4-way pot with 2nd pair. nld. |
