Default Hypothetical situation

I and a friend were just discussing about the following situation. Suppose you're at a 10 man table in a NL hold'em game and everyone is 200 BB deep. The first player to act goes all-in, but flips over his cards. They're an offsuit ace-king. Assuming all players play perfectly, what's our calling range?

Of course from the big blind, it's any pocket pair and AK. But from other positions, you will have to take the chances of other players calling with a higher pocket pair into account. How do we determine our range from other positions than the big blind?
