Default Business advice

Lets post some business advice that you think is very useful to up and coming businessmen

Short and sweet:

Clear objectives are the best way to have every employee working toward the same goal

Your competitive advantage should be significant to your customers, easy to understand, and have enough impact to get customers to take some action immediately.

Customers want to be in charge of an important decision. Pushing for a quick sale often has negative results.

KBZ,

You should listen to customer feedback and respond appropriately and quickly to satisify them. Issue addressed.
