Default 2/4 Standard shove in blind battle?

2/4 NL, effective stacks 380

Villain is 32/12/1 over a small sample. I figure he will fold most Q's here. Standard or overaggro?

Hero is SB with J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
4 folds, Hero raises to $14, BB calls $10

Flop: 3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($28)
Hero bets $21, BB raises to $68, Hero thinks for a while and shoves

I play live, but that just looks over agressive to me.

I thought this was a 3-bet pot when I saw the title. But this is taking it too far in a small pot IMHO. I'd call and hope to improve on the turn.
