i raise pre, looks like villain wants to jingle all the way. Calling may encourage someone behind you to call aswell as UTG+1. I think calling can be correct if the players behind seem tight as you'll likely have position but too much risk of a 4way pot here so i raise to 3500.

i check flop aswell and bet 1200 on any turn.

this so smells like trip jacks?

Pre flop I reraise to 2880 to put raiser all in.

As played, on the flop I bet 2/3s.

As played on the flop I do the same on the turn.

Yeah you played it fine he cant really hurt you, and your hand is good enough to check once on flop. And maybe someone makes a squeeze play behind you preflop. Would be great.

PS.
If he made a big set (QQQ) no other line could have saved you.

Would've reraised him preflop. I understand the desire to slowplay in this situation, but he bumped the pot up with one caller and four to act, and you've got to think he has something decent. I'd raise to t2000 preflop and see what happens. Also the flop comes with flush and straight draw possibilities. I don't like giving him a free card in this spot.

Do you see him raising 57, 35 or 78 in the face of a UTG+1 limp? i doubt it, 78 being the more likely of the 3 i dont see him raising pre flop.

i see villains range as being 77+, AT+, KQ

I see him calling or crai with 77+, AJ, AhT+h, KhQh

Leaving AQ, AK, AT a chance to catch up on the turn. He may be inclined to semibluff the Qd turn with AT, AK. or bluff with 77, 88, 99, TT but thought he would raise these on the flop.

I see checking gaining more value and expect him to show AQ, KQ, JJ

Like everyone else said I would have put him all in preflop. As played I'd lead the flop for around 2/3-3/4 pot.

So you're reraising him b/c you think he has a strong hand and will call anyway, but on the flop you're worried about draws? I generally just push these type of hands preflop but if I did try to slow play I'm def not betting this flop.

I repop villain to 2000 pf then ship it in pf or on the flop. As played bet about half villains stack on the flop and ship it in on the turn. I think you waited way to long before you put in a raise or bet.

ur right, in retrospect i should have bet the flop, i think the pf call is good because UTG+1 ws 3 betting light most of the time, but if i had reraised i knew for sure he was out because i hadn't 3 bet very much at all....the guy ended up having AQhh and missed the river somehow
