Default Poker Tracker, PostgreSQL queries

I'm an SQL newbie and want to interogate my postgresql database by creating queries of my own. I have a a few Q's:

1. Where the hell is the database stored? It appears to be on a remote server?

2. When I find the database how do I open it to create my queries.

3. Are there any instructions on how to do this out there?

Default Re: Poker Tracker, PostgreSQL queries

Start Menu>Programs>PostgreSQL 8.0>pgAdmin III
There will be one entry on the left that says DB Server, double click on that and it will ask for the password.
Now that you are connected, there is a button near the top that says SQL.

You'll have to get to know the structure of the database to right up queries. There is also a forum is the PT forum that is geared just towards doing what you want to start doing.
