I know the marketplace allows people to trade entries on Stars for cash.

What about Full Tilt?

Can you enter a tourney with a $26 or $75 token, unregister and have the cash go into your account, or do they just ship the token back to your account?

And if you can't do that, is there a marketplace somewhere for FTP tokens?

No and no. They ship the token back, and there's no marketplace for tokens.
