Default fslfkj; help me finish this damnable rubik\'s cube

i have the first two layers done, i have the U and D faces finished, but now my cube doesn't match any of the algorithms the guides i have tried tell me to use, help me before in put my head through a wall

geeeeeee, you think i didn't try that? every guide i have checked seems to not have a solution for the position i am in, which is why i seeked human help. please actually read my post rather than just trying to make some condescending one word response

isn't there a 2+2 of rubik's cubes out there somewhere?

U and D finished means that you just have a middle strip left?

Hold the cube with the unfinished strip vertical (so that L and R are the done ones).

Then keep on doing some variation of this move until you're done:
- spin D 180
- move the center strip up or down by spinning L and R in the same direction 90
- spin D 180

i have U and D done, and the bottom 2/3 of the rest of the sides done, i just have the top strip to do
