Re: Quick laptop question
Two EXTERNAL screens, or two in total?
Most (not all) laptops allow one additional screen, very very few allow two additional screens out of the box. All laptops can have a PCMCIA card added to provide another external screen, using something like this: http://www.villagetronic.com/vtbook/magic.html |

Re: Quick laptop question
I want 2 total, so one more. So I just buy a PMCIA card and it will be fine?

Re: Quick laptop question
It looks like the x1400 has dual DVI ports. So you may be able to support 2 external monitors out of the box. The 7900gs probably has dual DVI as well. Check with Dell customer support to verify.
