I think they call with anything since you didnt bet the flop.

Ummm nope. Small pot. You're betting into a field of opponents. Turn hit every possible draw out there.

Give it up and move on.

If you get called on the turn, are you going to bet the river w/air?

I wouldn't bet just 9 if I was betting. It is still an amount that people will call if they have any piece.

There is a TINY chance that both of them fold here. CB on flop not turn.

Yeah, okay, probably not the best spot to bet.

But do you guys usually fire the flop here with a drawy board and 2 players behind?

peple dont fold to c-bets anymore, or to delayed c-bets.
