I got this bonus a couple of months back at P/Stars.

$50 deposited, and $50 paid out once you get 500FPPs.

So far, I have started out playing $1 +0.20 STTs and built it up from there, now playing $1.50 +0.25 2-table turbos and the occasional £3.00 +0.40 turbo.

Doing this, very slowly, I have now got about $210, and my bonus should be cleared within days, adding another $50.

Once this happens, I should be in a position to move up to $5 STTs and the occasional MTT.
