Default NL 10 - playing versus mr. Any2Cards

http://www.pokerhand.org/?1149137

This guy had made some odd plays ... like all fold to MP+1 who limps, he sat in MP+2 and minraised with K9s.
One hand before he doubled his stack up with calling a 4x PSB on the turn with an OESD and won unimproved with K high.
Some hands later they where 3 handed on the Flop of T45, first to act made a weak bet, he raised him, the third player went all-in (again with 2 - 3 times the pot), the original bett0r called, and he called too with T3 and riverd his twopair wich won.

Now I knew that he is minraising with weak suited holdings and probably worse ... and I know that he is likly to overplay his toppair hands, and call all-in with draws even is the odds are laying very very bad for him.
This are all strong reads but I didnt figured out how to use this reads in this specific hand ...
help on every street very welcome.

Hand No. 2 Same villain
http://www.pokerhand.org/?1149145

one or two hands after the first, maybe my ego blinded my sight ?
I'm not sure if I did play accordingly ... help is again very very welcome.
Preflop and Flop should be clear ... now the Check behind on the turn is okay ? I'm not used to check behind the turn to keep the pot small ... I'm not sure if this is a spot where it is good ...
I guess I should fold the River because his bet is to big right ?
Call a 1/2 PSB ?
What about a 2/3 or 3/4 PSB ?
I called because I thought he want to push me out of the hand ...

Convert the HHs please.

1: His range is wide, he could be doing this with all kinds of crap. I think I 4 bet the turn to 4 and get it in a safe river. As played I just call the river. Folding may be better.

2: I'd only call a smallish bet here on river. Check the turn, yea, you can really just give up...

I agree with Archon Wing. I would have re-raised turn on first hand.

Second hand the K worries me more than the 6. Of course, he had both. It would have been tough for me to fold the river, though. I might have bet turn and if he called and bet river, I could have folded.
