I think you could definitely have flat called the raise, checked the turn and either bet the river depending on what comes. You're in a really strong position here so you can give some free cards.

Call flop raise. Turn -- CR AI or shove the river if the turn checks through.

maybe bet a little more on the flop say $30. The $20 looks suspicious especially when you 3-bet after the flop.
as played, I would smooth call the flop raise. You are way ahead and your opponent only has 2 outs at best. I would check the turn to induce a bet and prob smooth call again. Lead the river with 1/3-1/2 half the pot at the end for value. |

dont understand why your going crazy like this with a flopped boat. i wouldnt take a flop 3-bet line with really any hand. i think c/r ai on the turn is a much better line.
