Default Saving player notes at FTP

I recently assigned colors to a bunch of players at FTP and wrote notes on a bunch of players as well. When I log back in they are not there. I 'saved' them after writing them so what's up?

I don't know how to do this. There is only an icon that opens the client or an uninstall icon in my program files menu.

Can anyone help me out here?

Whenever the software crashes (FT is still the only site I play on that crashes) you lose all the notes you took during that session. All you can do is pray it won't crash.

This isn't it. I just marked a player with a color and made a brief note. When I close the table and open it back up the note is still there. However when I log off and then log right back on the note is not there any longer and the player is not marked with the color.

Also, I can not find a player notes file on my computer.

Should I uninstall, reinstall or just reinstall or something?
