Opening Tables Vista

Sorry if there is some obvious answer but this is doing my head in. I open up one table, fine. I open another, fine. But when I open a third, it doesnt come up? Its as if its hidden behind the fist, because the extra tab comes up in the bar at the bottom of the screen, but no sign of the actual table?

If I press tile on one of the Party tables thats up, the missing table appears. But this annoys me because the tables all enlarge or reduce in size.

It happens to any table I open after the second one actually, not just the third

You could turn off aero. but then you'd loose the only compelling feature of vista*.

*even this point is debatable.

I right clicked the tab for a new table and selected maximise and it appeared, so it appears that any tables that I open after the first two are opening but staying minimised, still annoying. Any ideas how to change it?
