Default Another one of those 3bet hands

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $20.40
BB: $10.00
Hero (UTG): $37.70
MP: $28.90
CO: $24.10
BTN: $17.15

Reads: Villain is TAG 14/14 over 66 hands.

I\'ve been running 35/28/1.5 over the same sample, and have a very active image.

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
Hero raises to $1.00, MP raises to $3.25, 4 folds, Hero raises all-in to $37.70

Now IMO I have 3 options here really

1. shove

2. 4bet smaller to like $10

3. Call and CRAI on all non ace-flops

Problems with:

1. It might let villain get away from JJ/AK

2. It looks very suspicious

3. It sucks to let villain see a flop he doesn't like with a hand he might would have called a push with preflop.

Discuss. Which one would you do?

i like a raise to ~12 rather than a push.

Why? it makes it obvious that we are going all the way, while at the same time it looks highly suspicious.

It's just like kinda declaring all-in, while at the same time showing huge strength.

yeh it looks suspicious, but what sort of suspicious? people may think you are 4betting light (ha ha!).

In my experience of 4bet shoving AK has called me plenty of times, but JJ may well fold.

4betting without shoving just gives villain a little bit of rope to hang himself.

no solid basis to any of these thoughts btw...

Yeah in general at .10/.25, if you're gonna 4 bet, I prefer not going all in. people seem to like pushing those extra chips over the top themselves, instead of calling off, as if they have some fold equity or something. I think a straight push is better with players who think a little more, MAYBE at 50NL but probably not until 100NL.

Judging from villains stats he doesn't seem to be the standard 25NL donkey, and might have some reasoning in his mind.

I think you played it alright, you said you image is active so now it is time to get paid off. I also like the call and c/r AI on flop.
