Default Blocking Internet Connections?

I use a Verizon aircard to get internet on my laptop. I also have a VPN connection that I use at all times.

How can I set it up where I block all the internet connections BUT the VPN? (ex. lets say my VPN dissconnects for a min, that would mean I have no internet connection during that time.)

I successfully did this when I had a regular home DSL connection using the ZoneAlarm firewall, but now since I switched to the the Verizon aircard, the firewall is not blocking the Verizon connection when the VPN is not connected.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thank You

I have little experience with Vista. No experience with VPNs on Vista. Sorry, good luck.
