NL10: time to play back ?

Villain is 23.7/9.9/3.3 over 131 hands, no real reads.
Two points I'd like to highlight : is my 3B preflop too small ? Can I play back at him on river, as his turn bet seems to be weakness to me ?

I called on turn, because his bet was strange and I had some few outs (assuming I felt he had AJ).
