He's not folding with those kind of stats after reraising you there just call his reraise you're getting about the right odds to draw (assuming he doesn't have any of the cards you need you have eight outs to the straight and 9 to the flush so you have 17 outs which makes it about one in three that you'll hit your hand)

And anything you get on the river is gravy. Pushing isn't good here you have to commit more money than necessary without knowing if your hand is good yet or not.

just call, he isn't folding anything you beat so you just have to outdraw him.
You showed a lot of strength and yet he still c/r'ed you so he obviously likes his hand .. 0 FE
